"As long as you are facing in the right direction, all you have to do is keep walking. -Joseph Goldstein"
As my favorite quote describes, life is a journey and I am here to walk it with you.
You may be walking along the beach in the sunshine, a dark wooded forest where you have lost the path or down a trail that you are not sure where it leads.
Let me walk with you. I will meet you where you are and help you get where you want to be.
Trust in your journey. Trust the process.
MY STORY
The thing I hear again and again from clients is "I wish I had come to counseling sooner." But my theory is there is no better time to make a change than the present! Because in the end, this moment, right here, right now, is the only one we have.
As your therapist, I help individuals just like you: the ones that have it within them to regain their confidence and find the sense of balance they've been looking for in life, but just need the support to do that. Together we'll explore life's challenges, both past and present that you feel are holding you back.
Everyone deserves to slow down, connect, and heal. Therapy does that. You can fully show up, break down, and rebuild yourself here. There’s space for all of it! The process may be tough. But recognizing your strength and gaining insight will help change how you engage with yourself & others, and how you move through the world. You are worth the work.
My approach to counseling includes helping people feel heard, finding clarity and insight, and setting obtainable goals. My personal journey through grief and loss has given me a dedication to meeting others in their pain and helping them move towards hope.
“You can't go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.”
