You Don’t Have to Keep Carrying It All Alone.
Maybe you’re the person who keeps going, takes care of everyone else, and looks like you have it together—but inside, you’re exhausted.
Maybe something happened that you can’t seem to move past. You’re grieving a loss that changed everything. Anxiety keeps you stuck in your head. Or you’ve realized that simply getting through the day isn’t the same as actually feeling okay. You deserve a space where you don’t have to be the strong one.
At Amanda Dobler Counseling, I work with adults navigating trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and difficult life transitions. I also have a special passion for supporting military members, veterans, and military families who understand that some experiences can be difficult to explain to someone who hasn’t lived them.
Therapy with me is collaborative, genuine, and focused on more than simply managing symptoms. Using trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches including EMDR, CPT, CBT, and DBT, we’ll work together to understand what’s keeping you stuck, process what you’ve been carrying, and help you move toward the life you want to be living.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you start.
Come as you are. We’ll start there.

“You can't go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.”
